Technical Support Specialist

(for National Capital Region - Makati City)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to PC/LAN users to resolve computer problems.
• Visit PCs, assesses problems, troubleshoots and works to resolve or coordinate resolution of problems.
• Install physical network cabling, troubleshoots networking problems, and is the on-call support for desktop end user related issues.

Requirements:

• Must possess a University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline with good academic record.
• With 2-3 years relevant working experience with Microsoft XP Operating System & Office 2003 suite.
• Demonstrated competency working in a Windows server environment and very adept in MS Office programs.
• Must have proven excellence in oral and written communication and with good business acumen.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule, work on holidays if required, and available for rotating 24x7 “on-call” support.
• MCSE 2000 or 2003 is a strong plus.
